- Spun out and built a dedicated PaaS team: hiring, OKRs, processes, metrics.
- Introduced DDD as the architectural foundation for new services.
- Built a service that visualises microservice dependencies, which cut the time needed for audits and analysis.
- Integrated observability solutions company-wide.
- Designed and later implemented a multi-trade platform that withstood a market crisis.
Neo Blockchain (RnD)
- Led the core team and the integration services team.
- Built CI/CD, automated testing and staging processes from scratch.
- Implemented integrations with S3, WebDAV, FTP and other protocols.
- Contributed to the open-source projects of the City of Zion community.
- Took over the project and later built a team to maintain the NeoBlockchain Go node.
